Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, digital downloads of PDF patterns and video courses cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for any reason.

Online and in-person workshops cannot be refunded unless requested by email more than 5 calendar days ahead of the workshop date. Please send an email to selina@unwrittenstitch.com for cancellation.
